Today was our biggest Leap into Nature session yet with 25 kids, and four babies under 12 months!  A few light showers didn't deter us..! We started with a brief talk about the precious reef system and how it is home to lots of different plants and animals. We learnt the 'rules of the reef' and then we were off...!

The kids found lots of different things on the reef, from crab claws, sea snails, seaweed, saltmarsh (that tastes really salty!!), Swans, algae and some jelly fish!

It was then time to relax, have a snack and free play in the sand and water.

We had lots of new families join us this time which was lovely with our newest and youngest member at just 5 weeks old!

Our 'little' mission of connecting more kids and families with nature is definitely catching on!

Stay tuned for our January to June 2015 calendar, its going to be a big year and we can't wait to leap into nature with you all again next year!
